Classic Superbowl Stuffed Sweet Peppers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sweet mini peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz chopped ham
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Mix everything except the peppers
  2. Cut peppers in half
  3. Stuff peppers with stuffing
  4. Cook in oven for 10 minutes at 350
